We’ve recently seen many expansion paks for this software, but they all require the Pro version of Nebula 3. The server version upped here previously is an upgrade and apparently requires the standard Pro version to be installed first.
I’ve tested the 64bit install and it runs fine inside Cubase 7.02. It also loads the third-party libraries.
The description mentions “included preset library,” but this package is just the program install.
